workforce
The workforce is a program that provides jobs to those in need. Whether it is resources to labor ready or connections through F.O.F many affiliates our organization is committed to connecting youth and the homeless opportunities to better equip themselves professionally in the future. The goal is to educate, provide opportunities to make wages and secure a permanent position that will boost confidence when entering back into society.
Mentoring
Our mentoring program is second to none! We offer programs for youth and young
adults in low income communities to walk in faith and to execute their goals.

Our mentors are trained and skilled to work with youth and young adults from all walks of life. We provide tailor made programs to fulfill the needs of each child whether that be job placement, tutoring, and we also promote self-love, healthy self-esteem, life skills and educational planning. Children also get an opportunity to feed the homeless and give back to those who are in need. Working alongside with other organizations, Faith Over Fear will provide a comprehensive experience for your youth that will provoke a positive change!
Mobile collab
The Mobile collab van is based off of Faith Over Fears philosophy of meeting the people you want to help where they are at. This is a passion project that we are currently working on. Scheduled to be functioning in the summer of 2017, the Mobile collab van will offer warm food, free clothing, Wi-Fi, and computer access to the homeless in and around Seattle. The van is meant to meet the homeless on their turf and provide multiple resources when they are needed.
